My take: I've sold the Big Italian aperitivo for years, and this one is incredible. I've poured it for people who would swear they're drinking an Aperol-style spritz. Bitter, citrusy, botanical and seriously thirst-quenching. This is beach days, weddings, pool decks, good friends and even better stories. Lots of ice, a splash of tonic, an orange slice and you're done. Simple, refreshing and one of my favourite alcohol-free spirits behind the bar.
