My Take: This is Sober Carpenter’s #1 selling SKU nationally, and I get why. The natural tannin from the apples gives it a great mouthfeel and keeps the sweetness in check. It drinks much more like a proper farmhouse cider. Great in a canoe, après-ski, or alongside anything coming off the barbecue. Refreshing, easy and definitely not just apple juice in a can.
