My Take: This is by far our top-selling Sober Carpenter beer, and for good reason. The mouthfeel is incredible, with just enough bitterness to give it some balance without taking away from how easy it is to drink. This is an outdoors beer for me. Post-mountain bike ride, beach chair and a book, or having friends over before dinner. Serve it cold and you're good to go.
